Before you arrive
Wear something loose and comfortable. Avoid a heavy meal in the two hours before. There is nothing to prepare, nothing to have worked out in advance, and no particular state you need to be in.
Arrive a few minutes early if you can. Not because the session would begin without you, it would not, but because those few minutes have their own value. The breath finds a different length. The body begins to register that it does not need to be anywhere else.
Arriving and the conversation
You arrive into a private, warm room. There is no waiting room, no reception, no spa bustle, only the discretion that suits a small city.
Before anything else, there is a conversation, over tea, without hurry. You can say what brought you here, how your body has been, and what you would like the space to hold. You can name boundaries and questions, or simply say: I do not know what I need yet. That is enough. The conversation is already the beginning of the session.
The bodywork
When you are ready, you move to the table. You are professionally draped throughout. Any adjustment to the draping is named before it happens and is entirely yours to decline.
The touch is slow, attentive, and responsive. The pace is set by your nervous system, not by a timer. You can speak at any moment, ask for more or less, ask for stillness, or stop the session entirely, without explanation. Around midway, the jaw often releases. After the jaw, the breath begins to reach the belly. Not before. After. The body keeps its own order, and the work follows it.
Afterward
When the bodywork ends, there is time to rest in the space before you leave. No one will rush you. Thomas is present if you want to speak, or quietly in the background if you do not. The session ends when you are ready to leave, and what you carry out with you is your own.
Sessions and how to begin
Sessions are held in English or German.

You are professionally draped with soft linen throughout the session. Draping is adjusted only as the bodywork requires, always named before it happens, always with your consent, and you can decline any adjustment at any point.
Yes. You can pause, slow things down, ask for stillness, ask the work to move elsewhere, or stop entirely, at any moment and without explanation. Your no is received as information, not resistance.
No. A Sacred Touch session is somatic bodywork and is not a sexual service in any form. It is held in service of the nervous system settling and the body's capacity to receive. The scope is clear and does not change between sessions.
Sessions run 90 to 150 minutes
