You have been holding this long enough.
This is the room where none of that is required. Here, you are the one who is held.
You have read the books. Sat in the rooms. Done the therapy, the practices, the inner work. You have become articulate about your patterns. You know the language of attachment, nervous systems, and the body holding what the mind has learned to explain.
And still.
A breath that stops before it reaches the belly. A pelvis that feels distant, as if behind glass. A heart that opens for others more easily than it opens for itself. A body that has become careful, even in moments that ask for nothing.
This is not brokenness.
It is the body keeping its own calendar.
It does not release because the mind has produced a correct explanation. It releases when it no longer has to keep protecting the gate.
The body does not open because it is told to.
It opens where it feels safe.
Not theoretically safe. Not spiritually safe. Not because someone says, just surrender.
Before depth, consent. Before softening, choice. Before receiving, the body's own quiet yes.
Sacred Touch begins there.

Devotion changes what touch can do.
There is a presence the nervous system recognises before the mind decides.
Not only skilled. Devoted.
In that kind of presence, something that has been vigilant for a very long time may finally begin to rest.
If you want to know what that structure looks like in practice, it is described in full before you request a session.
The touch itself is drawn from a Polynesian bodywork lineage and an Eastern esoteric tradition Thomas continues to train in.
What may begin to return.
Not always dramatically.
Sometimes the first return is quiet. The breath moves lower. The shoulders release their long argument. The belly softens by a fraction. The skin feels more inhabited.
Some women feel grief. Some feel warmth. Some feel nothing they can name, only the strange relief of not having to hold themselves together.
There is no correct response. The work follows your body, not an agenda.
Thomas works with a small number of women each week by design. If a time that fits is available, it is worth taking.
Which one does your body recognise?
You do not have to decide quickly.
But you may know.
There is a kind of recognition that happens below thought. A sentence lands. The body becomes still. Something in you leans closer.
When that happens, listen gently.
