A yes that stays alive
Consent here is not a single moment at the beginning. It is a continuous practice of listening that lasts the whole session.
A yes is not a one-time thing. It stays alive, and it stays in your hands. You can revise it, pause it, or withdraw it at any point, and the work simply follows. Nothing about that is treated as an interruption. It is the work.
How consent works in practice
Before any touch, there is a conversation. You can name anything you would like the work to stay away from. You do not need the words for it; if you feel something but cannot name it, that is enough.
During the session you can pause, slow things down, ask for more stillness, ask the work to move elsewhere, or stop entirely. You can withdraw from contact in any area, at any moment, without explanation. You do not have to justify a boundary, and you do not have to manage anyone's feelings about it. Your no is received as information, not as resistance.
What happens in a session
You arrive into a private, warm room. There is time to speak first. When you are ready, you move to the table, professionally draped throughout. The touch is slow and follows your body, not a timer. Some women settle within the first twenty minutes; some take longer. What happens in the body during that settling is yours, and it is not narrated or directed.
A space held by a man
The work is held by a man, and consent is exactly what makes that safe. What makes closeness safe is not the absence of it but complete clarity about what it is for. If you want to feel that clarity before you arrive, read about a safe, consent-led space and the vow this practice is held by, or how a session is held.
Sessions and how to begin

Frequently Asked Questions
Consensual bodywork is somatic bodywork in which consent is treated as a continuous, revisable practice rather than a one-time agreement. At Sacred Touch it is held for women only, in a private studio in Vienna, with the freedom to pause, redirect, or stop at any moment. It is not therapy or medical care.
Before the session you can name what you would like the work to avoid. During it, you can pause, slow down, ask the work to move elsewhere, or stop entirely, and withdraw from contact in any area without explanation. Your no is received as information, not resistance, and never has to be justified.
No. It is not a sexual service in any form. The work is professionally draped throughout and held in service of safety and the body's capacity to receive. The scope is clear and does not change between sessions.
