What Sacred Touch is
This is one-to-one somatic bodywork for women, and only women. The work is full-body, slow, and attentive. You are professionally draped throughout. The pace is set by your body, not by a clock.
It is held by a man. That is named here plainly, early, and without apology, because it is the first thing many women want to know and the last thing they are usually told directly. What surprises most women is not the softness. It is finding softness without the loss of strength and groundedness in the room. The body registers that before the mind has named it.
The work is not therapy and not medicine. It does not interpret you, narrate you, or ask you to arrive in any particular state. It restores something simpler: the body's capacity to receive, to soften without disappearing, to be touched without leaving itself.
What happens in a session
Before anything else, there is a conversation. Unhurried, over tea. You say what brought you here, how your body has been, what you would like the space to hold. You can also say: I do not know yet. That is enough to begin.
When you are ready, you move to the table. The warmth meets you first. Not the warmth of a room left on, the warmth of a room prepared for you. Twenty-four degrees. Palo santo, something that has been burned here before, to mark the space as different from wherever you came from.
The touch is slow and responsive. You can speak at any moment. You can ask for more, for less, for stillness, for a pause, for the work to move somewhere else. You can stop the session entirely, at any point, without explanation. Around midway, the jaw tends to release. After the jaw, the breath begins to reach the belly. Not before. After. The body keeps its own sequence, and the work follows it.
Afterward, there is time to rest before you leave. No one will rush you.
A consent-led space
What makes closeness safe is not the absence of it. It is complete clarity about what the closeness is for.
Nothing is assumed. Nothing continues without your awareness and your willingness. Your no is received as information, not as resistance, and it never has to be justified. Consent here is not a form signed at the door. It stays alive and in your hands from the first minute to the last.
For the depth behind this, read what this work is, and what it is not, and the vow this practice is held by. If you want to feel safe before you arrive, you can also read about a safe, consent-led space for women.
Sessions in English
Sessions are held in English. Hungarian is not required to be met here.
If you have recently relocated, or you live between languages, or you are simply more at home being met in English, this space is built for that. The conversation before the work, the consent, the questions you bring: all of it happens in the language you think in. (A magyar nyelvű oldalért kattints ide.)

Thomas's background sits in a Polynesian bodywork tradition and in Eastern somatic and energy lineages, both of which he continues to deepen under active teachers. This is a living practice, not a certificate on a wall.

If a question remains, you are welcome to ask it first. A question is not an obstacle here. It is the first form trust takes.
