A Vow
I hold these principles because they are how I move through the world. This practice is an extension of how I live. What is written here is not a code I adopted for the purposes of this offering. It is a description of the values I was already living when this practice came into being.
For the woman who arrives at Sacred Touch carrying real vulnerability and real discernment: this page is for you.
On Non-Harm
Before technique, before intention, before anything else, my orientation is this: do no harm. As the quality of presence I bring before my hands move.
There is a way a body recognises when it is not being taken from. A slight change in the breath. A weight that does not immediately return to the shoulders. That recognition is what I arrive to establish before anything else begins.
This means I do not push. I do not move faster than your nervous system. I do not use this space to demonstrate anything about my practice or myself.
Your body's signals are my instructions. Your comfort is not a preference I am accommodating. It is the governing principle of the session.
On the Right Use of Energy
Through years of practice in disciplines rooted in the conscious cultivation and direction of vital energy, I have learned to hold what arises in a session, and to place it entirely in service of the woman in the room.
The energy between two people in genuine presence is real. It is not neutral. The question is always only what it serves.
In this space, that question has one answer.
What moves in a session I do not suppress. I hold it consciously, direct it consciously, place it entirely in your service. The intimacy of this space is real. And its direction does not waver.
On Intimacy
This work is intimate. It is not sexual.
Those are not the same thing, and the difference between them is exactly what this practice holds.
Intimacy here means genuine presence. Attuned listening. Contact that does not take, perform, or move toward anything. The quality of being truly met, without agenda, without interpretation, without anything being asked of you in return.
Sessions involve skin-to-skin contact. You may be draped at any time and in any way that serves your comfort and nervous-system safety. Nothing about the session is fixed except the principle that governs it: this touch is in service of you. Nothing else.
What makes intimacy safe is not the absence of closeness. It is the absolute clarity about what that closeness is for.
On Consent
Consent is not a moment at the beginning. It is a continuous practice of listening.
You are welcome to speak, pause, redirect, or stop at any point. The session follows your body, not a predetermined structure. Your authority over your own experience does not pause when the session begins. It governs the entire time you are in this space.
Something happens when a body understands it can stop. The breath changes. Not dramatically. A small deepening. A release that was waiting for permission to arrive.
That is the condition I am responsible for holding.
I do not interpret silence as permission. I do not interpret relaxation as invitation. The vulnerability of this space is not a resource. It is a responsibility.
On Scope
Sacred Touch is somatic bodywork. Consent-led, unhurried, rooted in nervous-system safety and reverent presence. It is not a sexual service in any form.
A session does not include contact with your breasts or your genitals.
The scope of a session is settled before you arrive, and it does not change once you are in this room. That is not a promise about my character. It is simply what a session is, made clear before you walk in.
It does not exist in a grey area that requires you to read between the lines.
If you have questions about what a session involves before you book, those questions are not only welcome, they are necessary. Clarity is not an obstacle to this work. It is what makes it possible.
On Discretion
What you bring here stays here.
Your name, your presence, your session history, anything you share before, during, or after a session: none of it leaves this space. I do not speak of clients, share information with third parties, or reference client experiences without explicit written consent.
The privacy of this space is a precondition.
On Power
I am aware that this work creates conditions of vulnerability, and that I carry the full responsibility of not using that vulnerability for anything other than your benefit.
Sacred Touch does not cultivate dependency. The work is here to strengthen your trust in your own body, not to make you dependent on me. I am not your healer. I keep the conditions steady while your body does what it already knows how to do.
If, at any point, a session series begins to feel like it is creating reliance rather than restoring agency, that is important information. You are free to name it, pause, or leave without explanation.
On Accountability
I practise within a personal code of conduct rooted in contemplative ethics and ongoing study in somatic and consent-centred approaches. The ethics of this work and its quality are not separate things. One is the condition for the other.
If you have feedback, a concern, or a question that was not adequately answered before you booked, I welcome it in writing. Every communication of this kind will receive a personal, considered response.
The woman who arrives at Sacred Touch has usually learned, through real experience, to pay attention to the gap between what someone claims and how they actually conduct themselves.
A beautiful container held by a practitioner whose values are unclear is not a safe space. It is aesthetics standing in for integrity.
The feminine does not need to be fixed. She needs to be met with the quality of presence she has always deserved and rarely received.
This practice exists for that reason. As a recognition.
