Consent that stays in your own words
Living in Budapest in English means running much of the day through a language you are still assembling word by word. A boundary approximated in borrowed Hungarian is a boundary already half given away. Here the whole exchange stays in English, so a "not there" or a "slower" arrives exactly as you said it, with nothing rounded off on the way.
Consent is not one agreement at the start. It is asked before touch and stays open the whole way through, in your hands the entire time. You can change it, pause it, or take it back at any point, and the work follows. None of that is treated as an interruption. It is the work.
How consent works in the room
Before any touch there is a conversation. You can name what you want the work to leave alone. If you feel something and cannot find the word for it, that is enough to go on.
During the session you can pause, slow the pace, ask for stillness, ask the hands to move elsewhere, or stop. You can withdraw contact from any part of the body at any moment, and you owe no reason for it. A boundary is read as plain information about your body, not as something to be talked out of.
What a session moves like
You come into a warm, private room. There is time to talk first. When you are ready, you move to the table, covered with soft linen. Your genitals stay covered throughout. The linen moves as the work does, always named before it happens. The hands are slow and draw on Polynesian and Eastern bodywork traditions, weighted rather than clinical, tracking your body instead of a clock. Some women feel the shoulders drop inside the first twenty minutes; for others it takes longer. Whatever moves through the body while it settles stays yours, unnarrated and undirected.

The work is held by a man, and continuous consent is what keeps that steady. You undress, and you may keep your underwear on if you wish. Staying fully clothed is not possible, because it prevents the work. Your genitals stay covered for the whole session, always. Whether your breasts stay covered is your choice, and it is settled in the conversation before you undress, never on the table. Soft linen covers you, and it moves only as the bodywork requires, so what is not being worked on stays covered. You can cover up again at any point, and you can stop at any point, without giving a reason.
The ending is not rushed. There is time to rest before you leave, no debrief unless you want one, and payment happens afterwards rather than at the door. How women feel at that point varies more than this work is usually described as varying: ordinary, quieter than usual, occasionally tearful without a story attached. It is worth leaving the evening free of anything demanding.
### What is consensual bodywork?
Consensual bodywork is somatic bodywork in which consent is a continuous, revisable practice rather than a one-time agreement. At Sacred Touch it is held for women only, in a private studio in Budapest's II. kerület, with the freedom to pause, redirect, or stop at any moment. It is not therapy or medical care.

No. It is not a sexual service in any form. The work is held in service of safety and the body's capacity to receive. A session includes no contact with your breasts and no contact with your genitals. The scope of a session is settled before you arrive and does not change during the session.
